1. Operator and scope

PixelLogic, operated by Seonghoon Jeon, is responsible for this tool. Contact: pixellogic.app@gmail.com. This policy covers connected Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts. The tool does not currently offer public customer registration.

2. Data we process

We do not collect Meta passwords or verification codes. Meta handles advertising payments; this tool does not receive complete payment card numbers.

  • Connection data: Meta user, Page, Instagram and ad account identifiers, names, usernames, profile information, granted permissions and access tokens.
  • Content: selected images, videos, captions, alternative text, post identifiers and public links.
  • Advertising: campaign, ad set and creative settings, status, budgets, targeting and aggregate spend, reach, impressions and clicks provided by Meta.
  • Comments and messages: author identifiers, content and timestamps when the corresponding permission is granted and a response feature is used. We do not currently operate automatic replies or continuous collection of all conversations.
  • Operational records: request outcomes, relevant object identifiers and diagnostic information.

3. Purposes and access

We use data to verify authorized accounts, publish and manage content, respond to comments or messages, manage advertising, review aggregate performance and diagnose errors. Access is limited to the permissions and accounts authorized for the tool.

We do not arbitrarily access private accounts or conversations. This tool does not upload consumer app data, such as calendar or health records, for advertising targeting.

4. Storage and sharing

Content and advertising requests are sent to Meta APIs and processed in Meta's service environment. Necessary operational files and records are stored on operator-controlled devices and storage. Tokens are kept separately with restricted access, not in public code or documents.

We do not sell Meta personal data or provide it to data brokers. When using external operational tools, we limit information to what is needed and do not publicly disclose passwords, verification codes or tokens.

This notice is hosted on PixelLogic's Vercel-hosted website. Website advertising and cookie practices are described in the website privacy policy.

5. Retention and deletion

Tokens are retained while needed for the connection. After we confirm disconnection, revocation or a deletion request, we stop using that connection and delete unneeded tokens and operational copies. Content and operational records are deleted when no longer needed for their purpose.

Records needed for legal obligations, disputes or security are restricted to what is necessary. Our response to a deletion request explains any retained information and the reason.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete content or advertising records held by Meta. Manage those separately through Instagram, Facebook or Ads Manager.

6. Requests and changes

Contact pixellogic.app@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or cessation of processing. We verify your authority and explain the outcome. Do not send passwords, verification codes or access tokens.

We update this policy and its date when processing changes and notify connected account administrators of material changes.
