PixelLogic Social Data Deletion
Last updated September 28, 2026
1. Disconnect Meta access
- Sign in to the connected Instagram account. In Apps and Websites settings, find PixelLogic Social or PixelLogic Social-IG and remove access.
- For a Facebook connection, remove PixelLogic Social in Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings. Menu names depend on the connection method.
- To stop advertising, pause the relevant campaigns, ad sets and ads in Meta Ads Manager. Revoking the connection alone does not stop advertising.
2. Request deletion
Email pixellogic.app@gmail.com with the subject “PixelLogic Social data deletion”.
- The connected username or public profile URL.
- The data to delete, such as connection information, stored comment or message copies and operational records, or all retained data for that account.
- An email address where we can send the outcome.
3. How requests are handled
We verify that the request comes from the owner or an authorized administrator, stop using the connection and delete retained tokens and operational data within the request's scope. We may request the minimum additional information needed to verify ownership. Never send passwords, verification codes or access tokens.
We email the outcome when processing is complete. If legal obligations, disputes or security require limited retention, we explain the retained information and the reason.
4. Scope of deletion
This request covers data held by PixelLogic Social. It does not automatically delete your Instagram or Facebook account, Meta advertising or payment records, published content or copies held by others. Delete content held by Meta through the relevant service.
Other PixelLogic consumer apps are separate. Use their account deletion features or support instructions for their data.
